We are not sure which came first, being friends or the bug of art, but a fascination with people from all over the world and their emotions, with the ways they get on with their lives and interact with the environment: that is what makes Ant-e-Art.
Sometimes we wander around town and photograph the ongoing performance that takes place in the streets, connecting with its actors and capturing scenes which draw us in. At other times, we enhance and develop photos taken by other people, or us, using modern digital manipulation software.
Ant-e-Art is a scottish-spanish partnership between us, Paul and Africa. Whereas our jobs in Higher Education and perioperative practice respectively pay for the mortgage, photography and art work simply makes us tick.
