Chris was born in Liverpool and attended the King David School in Childwall. After leaving school he pursued his love of music travel and photography by living and working abroad. His time in America and Europe has influenced his style of photography, especially the 3 years spent in Italy.

After attending a course in photography at the Liverpool City College, he was awarded the prize for outstanding student by The British Institute of Professional Photography. He then went on to work for one of the most prestigious photographic studios in the United Kingdom. In 2000 he set up his own photography business in Liverpool specialising in Architecture, Creative Wedding and Fine Art photography. At the moment he is working on a book of photographs of Russia.
